Since following Isagenix programs, Keaton Van Bryce is now half the man he used to be-and feeling a much greater man for it.
CHANDLER, Ariz. - Feb. 13, 2006 - Keaton Van Bryce had tried more than 22 different fad diets with little to no success. When he stumbled upon Isagenix, close friends and family didn't have much hope that anything would change. "It was a joke," says Van Bryce. "My friends would say, 'What's your next diet of the week?'" Yet Van Bryce was determined to lose weight. He knew he wasn't healthy, and his poor health made him fear for his life. His 5'11" body had grown steadily to reach 335 pounds.
Van Bryce hired a personal trainer and went on one diet after another. He managed some success-a loss of 35 pounds for a price of $35,000. But his blood pressure and cholesterol were still high and he continued to feel unhealthy.
"I'd work out five to six times a week and for two hours at a time," he explains. "But the pounds wouldn't budge."
Too much exercise with little return only resulted in overextending Van Bryce's body-and he tore a rotator cuff. The new injury set him back and once again, his eating habits digressed, and the pounds returned.
Van Bryce's bad habits started after a back injury in 1989 ended Van Bryce's ability to play sports. Van Bryce needed 18 months to fully recover, during which he had an activity level of zero.
As a sales manager, he was expected to take clients out for breakfast, for coffee, for lunch, and for dinner. Meals he ate were rarely healthy. He worked a lot and worked late, and throughout the day he snacked on dirty, toxin-laden food.
"I was living off of the junk-food court," says Van Bryce. "I ate out of office vending machines that only sold toxic waste."
His once-athletic body that used to dominate the ice as a hockey referee became overweight, sluggish, and tired. He ate and drank up to 7,500 calories a day. The extra pounds added a heavy burden to accompany his injury, asthma, and other existing health problems.
"My wake-up call," explains Van Bryce, "happened when I found myself fighting for breath in a cardio-pulmonary ward for seven and a half hours-I was afraid that if I ever did get to go home, I'd be dragging an oxygen tank around for the rest of my life."
Van Bryce followed his Isagenix Program step by step and found it easy to use to cleanse his body and also lower his caloric intake-all while replenishing with valuable nutrients, vitamins, and minerals.
"I lost weight quickly," says Van Bryce, "and not only did I lose a total of 100 pounds, but I felt aches and pains gradually disappear-and my breathing became easier. Since trying Isagenix, my endurance has gone from less than a minute to more than an hour of cardio. I am currently stronger than I have been in my entire life!"
"Where is the other half of you?" asked the people who had been skeptics. Van Bryce now helps people find health and wellness with Isagenix full time. He regularly follows the Maintenance for Life Program, plays tennis, and is now pursuing the sport of bodybuilding.
