David Starbuck decided to research Isagenix products after they helped him improve his health.
Chandler, Ariz. – Dec. 1, 2006 – When David Starbuck crosses the finish line of the Honolulu Marathon this December, he will not only have completed his first 26-mile race, but will also have come a long way in other areas as well—leaving behind a life of lethargy and sluggishness and becoming a true winner in terms of health and vitality.
Starbuck said it’s all because of Isagenix.
"The past few months have been life-changing for me," he said. "It began when my friend, Peter Speach, who lives in upstate New York, sent me a nutritional cleansing program with the admonition, ‘You owe it to yourself. Just try it.’"
Starbuck, who had reached 228 pounds, said he felt "lethargic," but that Isagenix quickly changed his entire outlook on life when he lost 18 pounds.*
"Today, less than two months after I began, I’m nearing my target weight of 188 pounds," he said. "My pant size shrunk from a 42- to a 38-inch waist.* In addition, I’m now able to perform three sets of 40 pushups, three sets of 150 sit-ups, three sets of 100 reverse leg lifts, and a nightly three-mile jog, up and down hills, with my black Lab."
As Starbuck began to see the dramatic results, he wanted to understand why the products worked so well. In addition to reading information from Isagenix, he poured over independent research and news stories about the need for cleansing the body.
"I was blown away by the evidence," he said. He found overwhelming confirmation of the need to cleanse impurities from the body and recognized Isagenix products provided what was necessary to "cleanse at a cellular level" and then to "bathe the cells with the nutrition to perform at optimal levels."
"This is not a weight-loss program," he said. "It is primarily a nutritional cleansing program. Weight loss is a byproduct of the cleansing process."
Starbuck now enjoys sharing that evidence with others, passing along a list of studies he’s found, as well as links to news reports. However, Starbuck said the greatest evidence isn’t in the form of a report or news article.
"People see the evidence of the effect it’s had on me," he said. "I am now feeling better than I have in a long time. The bottom line is that this stuff works and the results are exciting."
Seeing his results, friends and family members have begun to follow Starbuck’s lead.
"My wife, Debbie, was impressed enough by her husband’s make-over that she now also cleanses, and has lost 18 pounds to date.* And she hadn’t been able to lose weight for years," Starbuck said.
*Results may vary. In a recent study, participants averaged a weight loss of 7 pounds at the completion of their first Isagenix 9 Day Program. Always consult your physician before making any dietary changes or starting any nutrition, weight control or exercise program.
