Can I add fruit to my IsaLean Shake?

The IsaLean Shake tastes great with fruit, especially berries. Fruit also gives you natural fiber and potassium. Just watch the extra calories. For another flavor, try adding IsaFruits.

After blending an IsaLean Shake, can I store it in the refrigerator?

No. We recommend you drink your prepared IsaLean Shake within 10 minutes to take advantage of the digestive enzymes before they break down the whey protein.

Can I add fiber to the IsaLean Shakes/Soups during my Isagenix Program?

Our IsaLean Shake mixes well with many natural fiber supplements such as oat bran, ground flaxseed, apple pectin, and/or psyllium hulls. We recommend you always include a healthy amount of soluble and insoluble natural fiber as part of your Shake Days. A diet high in natural fiber not only helps curb cravings and promotes regularity, but plays an important role for long-term health and wellness (see FAQ on our high-fiberSlimCakes). High-fiber foods—whether taken in your IsaLean Shake or as part of your 400-600 calorie meals—are an integral part of your Isagenix Program.

What else can I add to my IsaLean Shake/Soup?

Try adding IsaFuel for extra protein and essential fatty acids. IsaLean Soups may also be seasoned with your favorite spices.

What is the proper way to make my IsaLean Soup?

Add IsaLean Soup to water no hotter than 110 degrees Fahrenheit (any hotter can destroy some of the nutritional value) and stir with a whisk or fork. Do not heat the water with the IsaLean Soup already mixed. Do not mix hot in an IsaBlender or any other closed container due to vapor build-up.

What's an IsaBlender for and how do I get one?

An IsaBlender is a handy, travel-easy way to whip up great-tasting IsaLean Shakes and to help you follow your program all the way through. What kind of whey protein is used for IsaLean and IsaPro products?

Isagenix uses a special supplier that uses a low-temperature, ultra-filtration process to yield an extremely clean, low-lactose, undenatured, organic whey protein concentrate from Australia or New Zealand. Undenatured whey protein preserves whey's natural amino acid profile and is considered best to help enhance your body's immune system.

Why is nonfat dry milk used in the IsaLean Shake?

We use a small percentage of extremely clean, low-heat nonfat dry milk (processed at no more than 160° F for two minutes) with undenatured whey protein content. The ingredient is ideal for giving our shake a rich and creamy taste.

I am lactose intolerant and/or have milk allergies. Can I still use the IsaLean Shake?

Because the IsaLean Shake is low in lactose, most people who are lactose intolerant don't have any problems using it. As always, consult your physician before using this or any other nutritional products. Discontinue use if you have any allergic reaction.

Does IsaLean Shake or any other Isagenix products contain caffeine?

We do not add any caffeine to any Isagenix products. In addition, we strongly encourage you to avoid caffeine and caffeinated products in general, especially during your Isagenix Program. Any naturally occurring caffeine in our products is in minimal amounts. The Rich Chocolate IsaLean Shake may have naturally occurring caffeine in a small amount due to the natural cocoa used. Cocoa is also a good source of natural antioxidants. If you feel you should avoid cocoa, however, then try our French Vanilla IsaLean Shake.
